Cannot access vault or appliance from x360Recover Manager

x360Recover Troubleshooting

On rare occasions, you may encounter an error like this when you are trying to connect to an appliance or vault from within x360Recover Manager:  

 Your secure tunnel session has expired


Resolve this issue

This may be caused by invalid cached data within your web browser.

If you experience this issue, try the following steps to resolve it:

1. Log out ofx360Recover Manager and then log out of the x360Portal

2. Clear your web browser cache

3. Log back in to x360Portal and/or x360Recover Manager

4. Try connecting to the appliance or vault
