SOLUTION

When running a Windows server in Live Mode as a x360Recover KVM virtual machine inside of VMWare ESX 5.1 (nested virtualization), configure the virtual switch to allow proper network access.

Set the VMware vSwitch "Promiscuous-Mode" to accept.
