Support for Google Jamboard files in Google Workspace providers 

Jamboard files stored in Google Drive on protected accounts are now backed up by the x360Cloud GDrive connector as PDF filesAfter being backed up, these files can be restored in the same format.  

Redirection to the target page after a session expires

In earlier versions, when a user navigated to a target page after a browser session expired, they were redirected to the previous page, requiring the user to navigate to the target page once again. 

Now there is no need to navigate to the target page after logging in. The system will automatically record the desired target page and redirect to it after login is complete.


  • Fixes for customer escalations and markup issues. 
  • Fix for inability to select shared drives other than the ten biggest options in "Filter by user” on the Smart Search panel.

Known Issues

  • User actions performed by a reseller user within an organization are not shown in the organization-level Audit Logs page. However, these logs are still visible in the reseller-level Reports page. 
  • When the Skip External Users setting on an organization’s Settings page is toggled on, a user is still able to select an external Microsoft 365 account for backup in x360 new UI. (However, this selection is not saved appropriately.)
