Problem:

Backups on the vault are grayed out and I cannot select them

The vault is is a multi-tenant solution.  When logged on as "admin", you can configure the vault and see servers and backups however you cannot access the data.

This is by design.

Solution:

Logon to the vault with the customer credentials.  All backups for that customer will become available.  Vault configuration options will become unavailable.
