Resolving LDAP Import Errors - x360Sync

In some instances, when configuring LDAP settings in the administrative web portal, you might receive an error message when trying to import users. This can happen even after LDAP authentication has been established, and you are importing users as expected.


This error message is common with some versions of Microsoft Internet Explorer.


We recommend that you use a Firefox or Chrome browser.
