New feature: Microsoft 365 archive mailboxes data protection
As of May 2021, x360Cloud is rolling out support for Microsoft 365 archive mailbox (aka “In-Place Archive”) data protection. This support is exclusively for our x360Cloud UI, will be rolled out in stages and will be initially introduced to targeted partners.
Using x360Cloud, our partners are now able to protect primary mailboxes for their clients and ensure that emails are backed up in the archive mailboxes, too. Archived emails which have been backed up can be searched and restored into a regular mailbox of a specified end user in the same way as regular emails.

- Fix for Smart Search showing incorrect results for mail when ‘Filter by collection’ is applied.
Known issues
- SharePoint files are not restored when “Filter by user” is applied in Smart Search and all matching results are selected for restoration
- Smart Search shows incorrect results for mail when using “Filter by collection”
- Descriptions for some issues and backup progress are not shown in the container-level downloadable backup report and on the Reports page.
