Microsoft 365 calendars export to PST

Earlier we introduced the ability for a user to export Microsoft 365 Mail data to a PST (Personal Storage Table) file.

In this version, we've introduced the ability to export Microsoft 365 Calendar data to a PST file.

STEP 1. To launch data exportation, select the user whose mailbox data you want to export by clicking that User Name on the Accounts organization-level page:

STEP 2. Click the Export user data button in the side bar to begin the exportation process.

STEP 3. Select which services data needs to be exported and click the Export button to confirm the operation.

You can find more details about the Export feature and guidelines on how to

  • monitor export progress
  • read export status
  • download exported data
  • see PST contents

Fixes

  • Fix for the Google Workspace Contact name not being shown correctly in in Object Backup Status report when backup is failing for the object.
  • Fix for the issue when Microsoft SharePoint Site restore is restoring data from other sites in the tenant.
  • Fixed markup defect when objects with long name are displayed with a horizontal scroll on Object Backup Status report.
  • Fix for issue when filter by user in Smart Search was giving wrong result in case user email address was changed on Microsoft 365 side.
  • Fix for backup getting Failed status instead of Unavailable one for OneDrive containers when the service was not fully provisioned on the Microsoft 365 side.
  • Improved reiliency of Micosoft 365 Mail backups to GraphAPI errors by leveraging EWS for querying mailbox folders.
  • Improved performance of Google Mail data restores.

Known Issues

  • Browsing and Search Results do not display all data backed up for a user container registered in result of email address change on Microsoft 365 side.
  • When folders are partially selected and restored in x360Cloud Browser, each folder is processed as a separate restoration and is restored to a separate target folder in the target location.
  • Smart Search shows incorrect number of matching results for Mail when using “Filter by collection”.
  • Descriptions for some issues and backup progress are not shown in the container-level downloadable backup report and on the Reports page.
  • Archive emails are restored in a separate (timestamped) target folder when restored with general emails.
