1. Open the Online Backup Manager.  

2. Make sure a backup is not running. 

(If a backup is running, cancel it and wait for it to stop).

3. Right click Backup Now, and choose Verify Backup Cache: 

This will start a backup job that will mark anything that is missing for re-backup.

4. After the process is complete, left click the Backup Now button and let the backup complete.
