Problem:

System-State-Backup is too small (less than 200 MB) and is probably invalid

Resolution:

1. Navigate to the system state folder and delete everything in there.

2. Open the software and under System Status and right click "Backup Now"

This will force a fresh backup of the system state and will usually resolve this issue.
