If HP ever needs to go onsite and replace a motherboard for an Axcient Appliance, please contact Axcient Support immediately before HP does the physical swap.
Axcient Support needs to configure the new MAC address of the new motherboard into the AxOS or boot up will not work successfully after the new motherboard has been installed.
