Below are the software installation files needed to set up new x360Recover BDRs and begin to recover data.  


x360Recover (Replibit) installation ISO

x360Recover (Replibit) runs on a custom Ubuntu 64-bit Linux operating system. The installation ISO will deploy the basic operating system along with all x360Recover (Replibit) application components. Please click this link to review and accept the VAR and End User License Agreement. The ISO download link is located at the bottom of the EULA. Review and accept the EULA terms, and then click the link at the bottom of the page to begin the ISO download. Additional ISO installation instructions are available here

Note: Install files for x360Recover backup agents are downloaded directly from your appliance or vault. (All protected systems require a backup agent. The agent is software installed on a protected system which performs a backup and sends the backup to the local appliance.)

Recovery Center
Recovery Center is a stand-alone application that allows you to recover data directly from either the Axcient Cloud or your private cloud, with or without a local cache device.  Please click this link to review and accept the VAR and End User License Agreement. The ISO download link is located at the bottom of the EULA. Click the link to begin the ISO download after the EULA terms have been accepted.

Recovery Toolkit (for Replibit bare metal restore)

The x360Recover Recovery Toolkit is a Linux Live CD containing a wealth of tools and utilities for performing system recovery, diagnostics, troubleshooting, and regular digital forensics. The Toolkit utility contains the Bare Metal Restore wizard as well as a driver injector.

Axcient DirectRestore (ADR)

Axcient's DirectRestore is an application for granular recovery of Microsoft Exchange and SQL machines. The utility provides direct access to unmounted database tables and mail store contents, displaying file structure and contents with selective export functionality.

BRC Bare Metal Restore (BMR)

Recover a 32-bit or 64-bit system image. Download and burn the BMR boot file (bmr.iso) onto a CD to create an Axcient Bare Metal Restore Recovery Disk CD. Right click the mouse and select “save target as” (Internet Explorer), “save link as” (Chrome or Firefox), or “save download linked file as” (Safari).

Additional Bare Metal Restore Instructions

Right click the mouse and select “save target as” (Internet Explorer), “save link as” (Chrome or Firefox), or “save download linked file as” (Safari).

Windows USB/DVD Download Tool

Use the Windows USB/DVD tool for ISO version 3.2.3.

ISO to USB Utility

Use the ISO to USB Utility for ISO version 2.0.0.35.

Caution! Please use the ISO to USB Utility provided by Axcient. Other ISO to USB utilities may not work successfully with Axcient’s BMR process. 

Convert MBR to GPT Guide

Convert a recovery point MBR filesystem to a new GPT file system. Download the BMR ISO on to a bootable media before following these steps.
Optimized Boot for HP G9 Guide
Disable the Optimized Boot feature for HP G9 running Windows 2008R2. This is required for HP G9 machines running Windows 2008R2 in order to avoid boot issues.
