The Axcient Marketing Portal (AMP)

The Axcient Marketing Portal (AMP), which you can launch from the x360 Portal, gives you access to branded marketing resources to help increase your sales and marketing capabilities.

Using the AMP, you can:

  • Set up an account,

  • Brand assets, and

  • Request Marketing Development Funds (MDFs).

Setting Up an Account
  1. In the x360 Portal, click the Marketing Portal button.

  2. In the Axcient Marketing Portal, click the Let's Go button to set up an account.

  3. In the Self Serve form, fill out your account information. You will need to click each tab to enter all required information.

  4. Click the Save button when you are finished.

Branding Assets

When you have access to the AMP, you can utilize key tools and functionality to help you promote and market your Axcient products. For example, you can download brandable data sheets, one-pagers, and brochures to share with prospects.

To brand assets:

  1. In the AMP, hover your mouse over the Assets menu and select View Assets.

  2. Optionally, use the Search field to search for specific keywords. You can also use the left-hand navigation bar to filter assets by Buyer Stages, Solution Type, and more.

  3. For example, to view a brochure or data sheet:

    1. Click the Brochures tab to filter.

    2. Click to launch the unbranded brochure or data sheet in your browser window.

    3. You can download the brochure, send the brochure by email, or publish the brochure to a social media platform.

Requesting Marketing Development Funds (MDFs)
  1. In the AMP, click the Manage drop-down menu and select MDF Fund Request.

  2. In the MDF Fund Request page, click the Create Request button.

  3. In the Create Fund Request form, enter the following information:

    1. In the Fund Plans drop-down menu, select your fund type.

      1. To fund an event or conference, select Event Sponsorship.

      2. To fund a Webinar or Lunch and Learn, select Axcient Activities.

    2. In the Activity field, select the event type you would like to host.

    3. In the Amount field, enter the funding amount you are requesting.

    4. Click the Activity Details tab and enter specific information about the activity, including the date of the activity, target vertical market, estimated growth post event, promotion and presentation details, budget, and more.

    5. In the Terms & Policy section, read the Terms and Policy agreement and click the checkbox to accept these terms.

    6. Click the Save button when you are finished.
