Axcient Help Center

x360 Portal Dashboard

The Dashboard page provides seamless access to each Axcient product. On the Dashboard page, you will see a series of product cards. Products you currently own are active links, giving you access to the associated product portal. Products you do not currently own are grayed out and inactivate. You can still click an inactive product card to learn more about the product and even sign up for a free trial.

The Dashboard page also provides links to important Axcient resources.

  • The Axcient status indicator is an easy way to identify the health of all Axcient products. You can click the status indicator to view the Axcient Status page for complete details.

  • The Help Center is a collection of instructional how-to articles and product documentation. We recommend reviewing the Help Center as a first stop for all product-related questions.

  • The Schedule Live Training page allows you to sign up for free one-on-one training on the topic of your choice. Simply browse the calendar and schedule time with one of our knowledgeable experts.

  • The Axcient Marketing Portal is a sales and marketing self-service site where you can view assets, create and manage of list of your clients, send customized email blasts, and launch social media campaigns, all with easy-to-use, brandable templates.

  • The Feature Requests page allows you to make suggestions and offer ideas on how to improve Axcient product offerings. For example, you can use the Feature Requests form to request new product features, submit ideas for feature improvements, or simply share your feedback.
